Cosa sono le Centrali Rischi?
Le Centrali Rischi forniscono alle banche e/o società finanziarie le informazioni relative la solvibilità degli utenti del sistema creditizio bancario e possono essere sia pubbliche (Centrale Rischi costituita presso la Banca d’Italia con delibera del CICR del 16/05/1962) sia private (Crif, Ctc ed Experian).
Cos’è una Visura Centrale Rischi?
È la ricerca delle eventuali segnalazioni e/o iscrizioni a carico di un soggetto presenti negli archivi informatici delle principali Società di Informazioni Creditizie, dove vengono raccolte le informazioni relative a richieste e/o erogazioni di finanziamento per l’acquisto di beni mobili o immobili esclusivamente per finalità correlate alla tutela del credito.
Qual’è la differenza tra la visura CRIF e la Centrale Rischi di Banca d’Italia?
LA CRIF® è una società privata che raccoglie ed elabora i dati creditizi dalle banche o finanziarie. Nella visura CRIF® vengono evidenziati i finanziamenti richiesti, quelli in corso, la regolarità dei pagamenti delle singole rate, i ritardi di pagamento e le garanzie prestate su mutui e prestiti. Inoltre nella visura CRIF® sono indicati i fidi bancari concessi e le carte di credito con relativo limite di utilizzo.
Nella visura in Centrale Rischi di Banca d’Italia sono presenti i fidi, finanziamenti o garanzie prestate sopra i 30.000€.
Quindi nella visura CRIF® anche una singola rata pagata in ritardo relativa ad un piccolo finanziamento di 100€ viene evidenziata.
Quanto costa una Visura in Centrale Rischi di banca d’Italia?
Il soggetto segnalato, che può essere una persona fisica o una persona giuridica (azienda o p.iva), ha la facoltà di richiedere le informazioni che lo riguardano, censite nella centrale rischi, inoltrando istanza online gratuitamente presso le filiali di Banca d’Italia.
Cos’è una visura CRIF?
Una visura CRIF contiene tutti i dati creditizi che sono presenti in EURISC, come per esempio gli insoluti, le segnalazioni che scaturiscono da mancati pagamenti o ritardi e gli affidamenti in corso (che comprendono anche le aperture di credito, i finanziamenti e le carte di credito).
Mostra l’andamento delle singole rate di un finanziamento, il debito iniziale e quello residuo.
CRIF è un’azienda privata specializzata in sistemi di informazioni creditizie.
Quanto costa un visura CRIF?
L’esercizio del diritto di accesso ai dati presenti nelle banche dati di titolarità di CRIF® per le persone fisiche e per le aziende comporta il pagamento di un contributo spese oltre ad altre banche dati opzionali.
In quanto tempo arriva la visura CRIF?
I tempi di evasione delle richieste sono variabili e dipendono dalla complessità della pratica e dal fatto che la tua richiesta sia arrivata leggibile e completa.
Se segui attentamente le istruzioni per l’identificazione e scegli di ricevere la risposta tramite e-mail potrai abbreviare i tempi di ricezione in 10 giorni lavorativi.
Il CRIF® gestisce le richieste esclusivamente nell’ordine in cui vengono ricevute.
È possibile richiedere la visura CRIF anche per altre persone?
Si, è possibile richiedere la visura in CRIF Eurisc anche per altre persone. Tuttavia per tutelare il diritto alla riservatezza, ti verrà richiesto un documento d’identità e il codice fiscale del soggetto di cui si richiede il dato.
In alcuni casi sospetti, potrà essere richiesto anche una delega firmata dal soggetto di cui si richiede la visura.
Che cos’è una visura EXPERIAN?
La visura Experian è il documento ufficiale che riporta i dati creditizi, positivi e negativi, di cittadini e aziende nei confronti di banche e società finanziarie.
Experian è una società privata autorizzata ad operare in Italia: il suo archivio contiene le informazioni sull’indebitamento di cittadini ed aziende nei confronti degli istituti di credito, ed è accessibile appunto tramite visura.
Nella visura Experian si trovano riportati i dati relativi a:
carte di credito
finanziamenti, mutui e prestiti
contratti di telefonia, luce e gas
contratti di noleggio e leasing
assicurazioni
Che cos’è una visura CTC?
Il Corsorzio per la Tutela del Credito (conosciuto anche com CTC o C.T.C.), è un consorzio senza scopo di lucro autorizzato a gestire uno dei 4 sistemi di informazioni creditizie (SIC) autorizzati in Italia.
Sono presenti tutte le forme di credito, quali ad esempio:
Fidi di conto corrente
Castelletti anticipi fatture o Ri.Ba (per le aziende)
Finanziamenti e prestiti
Mutui ipotecari
Informative relative alla gestione delle carte di credito
A cosa serve la visura Protesti?
La visura protesti è un documento della Camera di Commercio che permette di scoprire se un soggetto ha subito un protesto relativo ad un mancato pagamento di un assegno (scoperto) o di una cambiale.
Il protesto, sia di cambiali che di assegni, decade automaticamente dopo 5 anni dalla pubblicazione (anche se i titoli non sono stati pagati) e scompare (senza alcun intervento) dal Registro informatico dei protesti.
Che cos’è una visura CAI?
Il servizio permette di conoscere i dati registrati a proprio nome nell’archivio della Centrale di allarme interbancaria (CAI), di controllare se un soggetto ha ricevuto revoche all’emissione di un assegno o di una carta di credito.
La CAI serve a sanzionare e prevenire l’utilizzo anomalo degli assegni bancari e postali e delle carte di pagamento, ad aumentarne la sicurezza e a rafforzare la fiducia dei cittadini in questi strumenti di pagamento.
Dopo quanto tempo non si è più segnalati in CRIF?
Il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali ha stabilito che la cancellazione deve avvenire dopo massimo cinque anni, anche se intervengono degli aggiornamenti alla segnalazione iniziale.
Il predetto termine decorre dalla data prevista per l’estinzione del prestito (cioè quella entro la quale dovevate pagare l’ultima rata del finanziamento).
Se nonostante sia trascorso questo termine, risulta ancora presente la segnalazione nelle SIC (Società di informazioni creditizie), bisogna inviare una richiesta di cancellazione ma spesso il CRIF® non la registra.
